Terms of Service

⅂you are over 16 years old.

⅂you have read and are sure you want the style of the samples I provide.

⅂you have read, understood, and accepted my terms of service.

Note -1 slot only 1 artwork

-I do not use standard anatomy, my lines lean towards cartoon.

-not a clean render, only where I see it necessary.

-the sketches I provide are sketch comments.

I do not accept:

-old people, mecha, overly elaborate backgrounds with dragons and phoenixes.

-rush jobs due to time constraints.

working process:

1. you message me via messenger that you want to order and provide complete information about:

- the type of size you want to order (full, half, head..?), detailed background or not (illustration or description)

- character sheet (if any), quantity (maximum 3 characters in 1 artwork)

- personality traits of the character/OC

- vibe, reference, moodboard, etc.

- note: details that you want me to pay attention to when drawing, things you do not like..

! I will refuse if you do not have a clear brief for the character or if I do not have the capability.

2. after confirming within my capability and you agree to place an order.

⅂DEPOSIT 50% (the price will be finalized after item 1, any additional revision costs during the drawing process will be added later) after receiving the slot within 3 days, if after 3 days no deposit is made, you lose the slot.

⅂FREE sketch revisions 3 times, after that 10k for each revision (errors on the artist's side do not count towards the limit), once the base color is finalized, it cannot be changed.

! after finalizing, you cannot change or add to the brief

⅂AFTER FINALIZING, you send the remaining amount.

- I will update you and you can ask about the progress at any time, if there are any issues I will inform you.

- I may ask to confirm details, if you do not reply within 5 days, I will make a decision on my own.

⅂CANCEL commission

-if you want to cancel the commission within 1 week from the time you deposit, I will refund the entire amount

!in case you want to cancel the commission after the base color has been finalized, you will not receive a refund.

!if I cancel the commission myself, I will refund 100%

!after cancellation, you cannot use the sketch anymore. You cannot take the sketch to have someone else color it, nor can you modify or add drawings to the sketch.

3. commission completion

- if there are revision fees, you send the remaining payment.

- After the commission has been announced as completed and I confirm the final amount, I will send you the HD version of the commission via the Gmail you provided.

(the artwork will include 1 version with a watermark and 1 version without)

⅂ You are not allowed to modify the commission in any form once the commission artwork is completed.

⅂ When posting on any platform, you must include credit to the author.

⅂ Not for commercial purposes (printing, events, promotions, etc.)

⅂ Even after the commission artwork is completed, the terms you agreed to remain in effect.
